Its quite cake actually.
1. Get proxies to .txt
2.Open PF and go to Open proxies
3.Press add proxies , import and choose your txt file and press ok, now you will see all proxies there.
4. Press check proxies (on Open proxies page) and run proxy check ( I use default setting o_0) after its done press ok.
5. Now you will see all proxes that worked, delete the ones you dont need.
6. Go to rules, choose program and click edit , choose your option from popup which comes . we assume you want use single proxy so click that button and you will find your proxies from open proxies\sock or w/e proxies you were gathering, easy as that if you want change do 6. again

O.K. I got them loaded. But I don't really understand the "rules".
I want the software to auto-rotate through the proxies I've loaded. It looks like it will only do that on "Single"? What does "Single" mean? If I choose a "Single" proxy, will it rotate to another? This doesn't make sense to me?

As much as I do appreciate all the great tutorials you've written, I did read that one but it doesn't explain what I need. I'm not using SOCKS. I'm using private http proxies. I really just wanted a manual so I could figure all this out myself, and this seemed like the most likjely place to find someone who had it.

It's the same as in the example I used, just add the proxies manually through the proper tab (instead of the public socks tab) and click the box that says auto-rotate and set it to what you need done.
Adding private proxies is a little different, but not much. You have to add each one individually and click "add to list". I'm not at a proxy box at the moment, but if you can't find it by the time I'm in front of one I'll make more screenshots.

If it's not a browser, probably.
Like I said in the guide, HTTP is very stringent as to what you can do with it. That's why I always advocate Socks.
