This one is new for me.

I have proxies that I've been using for some while and today I got a message that said the IP for the proxy I was using matches the signature of a known attack. The risk name is HTTP Fragus Toolkit Download Activity.

My proxy vendor lists proxies on BHW. Without saying who it is I wanted to know what's happening. I've never had this happen before. Are they being attacked or am I? Also, I've noticed a couple of times when I logged into FB to set up an ad campaign FB defaulted me to China and a couple of times when I go to Google KW tool (or some Google product?) that I was defaulting to Spain. My IP says like Chicago, Los Angeles and yet 2 servers have read China or Spain.

I am not a proxy expert so I have no idea about this stuff; just trying to use them for privacy and scrapebox.

Anybody know what or why this occurred? Doesn't make me feel too good; should I feel good, am I nuts thinking this is bad? Is this bad?

Talk to me ...

I assume it's not proxylist.co you're referring to?

No, it's not. In fact, just about an hour before this happened I was reconsidering my proxy service and looking at yours. these are dedicated proxy's that I have a subscription for.

Are these dedicated private proxies from here? If not, then do not do business with them outside of here, and switch to private proxy providers here where you can see their reviews. Nearly all current private proxy providers here are excellent.

Note: If you subscribe the private proxies from here, please bring up the issue to them dierctly. It is possible that their private proxy server software is infected with trojan/malware without their knowledge.

Hope it helps.
