does anyone know any proxy service that rotates the ip every http request? Most services rotate the IP every 5 or 10 mins. I need the ip to be rotated at every http request. thanks!

Stormproxies is what you need. Used them for years

It depends what you are trying to do there is software that can help you to do it automatically.

I recommend ProxyMesh

Does it rotate the IP every http request? i dont think so
Yes it does i use it myself A LOT. Anyway just sign up for the trail (30 days free) and test it before buying :)

Residential proxy providers do this by default, they retoate IPs on each request.

If you want private proxies, you can set them to rotate through a proxy tool like proxychains or proxyfier (these tools allow you to insert a random number of proxies and rotate through them randomly on each request).

Who can I contact to have a review of these services/tools to see if I can integrate them with my tool, because there are many people needing this, what is the sales thread or page?

Most residential providers offer a 3 or 7 days money back guarantee and some of them don't ask for your banking details, so you can simply create an account with them and test their network for a couple of days.

Another thing to consider is that residential proxy providers are "geared" towards developers, so you will find enough documentation on their websites on how to integrate their network with various tools and setups.

which residential proxy service rotates on every http request?

Residential providers aren't "geared" towards developers, they're pretty much all setup the exact same way. Gateway server:port > host machine. At this point most providers offer 2 different ways to connect to them, with "sticky" ports, or random ones. The sticky ports will hold the IP for a set amount of time, usually 5 or 10 minutes. The random ports will be the ones you probably want as they will pull a different IP from the pool for each connection request. I can recommend a couple you can try, although it does depend on what you're using them for. Be careful of resellers out there too, I'm not going to air anyone out but we have a couple of them here on BHW. Lol.
