Proxies for xrumer and scrapebox, List your recommended

Please list me recommended PRIVATE proxies that will work with both xrumer and scrapebox. Also, what do i do as my isp changes to random IP every few hours so it seems the proxies stop working(I have to start all over again) the free proxies which are limited to specfic IP's I have to give them from the proxy seller.

i tried but since my ip changes on its own every few hours from my isp, their proxies have to keep getting reset
