So I have some proxies that I use a few hours everyday for some other stuff I do, and I was wondering if I could use them to increase my blog ranking. I don't know to much about how ranking a website works though. Could I use General Lee? How many hits can each proxy do on the website? Will it hurt my adcense?
Iv'e looked all over these forums and I can't find out very much about this subject.

    Thanks
    Blink

Forget about sending fake traffic to an adsense site. You will lose the account.
Learn a little about SEO, then use the proxies for scraping or link building.
Are they shared or private proxies?

    All private proxies.
Would you have any suggestions for where to start learning SEO? I don't want to wast time on some bad training.

If you are just starting out then I would suggest reading the following first to see what you are up against:

    https://www.google.com/webmasters/docs/search-engine-optimization-starter-guide.pdf
    https://support.google.com/webmasters/?hl=en#topic=3309469
    https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35769?hl=en

You need to be aware of what Google thinks is acceptable and is looking at but you don't have to follow it.
Then research On-page SEO, White Hat SEO, Off Page SEO and finally Blackhat SEO.
I won't link to guides because they can become outdated quickly, go slowly, read the forum and you will pick it up.

This is always my recommendation too, to check out Google webmaster blog as the people at Google create the news and every other blog comments/analyzes the news. Go to the source as it's constantly updated.

Sending traffic on your site with proxies does not make your ranking better. The bounce rate it's an important metric that you can change on your site sending fake traffic but it isn't ranking metric.

So, you can't do anything with your proxies to change your rankings (maybe you can increase alexa rank, really useless metric).

I'm thinking of getting Senuke or Gsa Ser. What is the best one? Or is there a better one? I can't just let 250 private proxies go to waste. :)
