If I were to upload a whole bunch of videos on to youtube... then would I get banned if I don't use a proxy? What about creating multiple accounts and uploading them? Wouldn't that be ok? The videos I plan to upload or those sexy girls videos with watermark on them.

I guess the big question is... when should I use proxies? And what's the best best way to do so automatically? Use cloakfish?

    Thanks for helping me ouT!

Use proxies, that's the right approach.
The more you spread the less work you risk when getting banned and if you monetize youtube you'll be banned a lot.

Cloakfish has many slower IPs (20-50kbps) which means uploading to youtube can be a slow thing. If you already got Cloakfish just give it a try, if not better get a cheap evaluation license first and test if the IPs (bring them to good latency first) are well suited for this purpose.
Most open proxies probably also got speed issues.
