As far as I understand there are different proxy levels.
- Web servers can't tell if you are using a proxy or not (I would figure all proxies should do this, but apparently not)
- Web servers can detect you are using a proxy, but can't tell your IP
- Web servers can detect you are using a proxy, and they can see your IP (so, whats the reason of using a proxy at all on this case?)
So.... what kind of proxies would a VPN use?
If you are using a VPN or proxies... I would think they all should be hidden and the server shouldn't be able to tell if you are even using a proxy or not...
