Which one would be better? As I understand the VPN allows you to get a new ip every time you connect to it (some offer that possibility) so it would be cheaper to get a VPN as I could have tons of ip-s compared to private proxies that I would have a set amount of. But are the ip-s offered by VPN shared with others? As will the VPN work like shared proxies if used like that?

    I think you meant VPN..

Are shared proxies bad for creating youtube accounts and uploading videos to them?

No I've found that shared proxies are fine for creating YouTube accounts, for the chance that other people are using the same proxies for the same thing would be pretty low. I've been using sharedproxies.c-o-m and I've found them reliable.

OP, a VPN is a bad idea because when you make accounts on YouTube, you should also log back into them using the same IP that you created them with. Otherwise, it will raise a flag within Google and the accounts can die. For a VPN will give you a new IP every time you connect to it.

i use a vpn but i can't really say i get banned any faster than when i used my own dynamic ips. i think vpn is fine to use i know many who use vpn and also some who use shared and/or public proxies.

also if u want to sign back into accounts created with hma's vpn you can just write down which server u connected to and use the same server every time u log back into that account.
