    Hello dear BHW members

I want to ask a quick question that I have for a few days in my mind

    Lets assume the following :

1.I`m selling a digital product to a customer
2.Customer buys and is satisfied for a week then decided to do a chargeback because he is not satisfied

In this case how ca I protect myself because I sent a digital product and paypal or other platforms don`t cover my "A.S.S" ass a seller and the customer gets his money back when he is doing a claim

Can I make a small sale page and when he buys to accept my TOS when he is buying ? And there saying that I can`t issue a refund for a product allready sent ?
Will paypal still make a refund to my SCAMer buyer after he makes a dispute on paypal , even when he is accepting my terms when he buys ?

I hope its all clear . I only need a way to get protected against this acts of several members that buys , I send the item and then they ask for a refund even after I have delivered my goods to him . Does a TOS protect me ?

If you can create an invoice for the buyer you can add this to the notes! Or write it somewhere on your website or auction with big bold letters! But its better to use an invoice!

"by paying this invoice you agree that the item you purchased is an intangible good and therefore not eligible for any kind of refunds".

I got a lot of scamming and im using this! Till now i didnt got any chargeback so i dont know if this helps but i think its a + for our side :)

sk8tavou answer is right, me too use the invoice to prevent chargebacks.

but i think that is almost impossible to do for lots orders. buyers want to pay directly instead of waiting invoice sent to their paypal.
