So I want to make some blackhat youtube channels that will be subject to flagging and getting banned.

How do I make 100% sure that my whitehat channels dont get banned in the process?

I am deathly afraid of that.

Will using TOR be enough? Can a virtual machine help?

Separate browser, clear it's cookies with ccleaner, get a proxy and use that on your separate browser. Create yt account on that browser and only log in using that ip.

Yeah, you're definitely going to need private proxies to do this, if you don't want to risk your white hat accounts.
