Protecting Audio Files

Can anyone recommend a program which will let people stream the audio and listen to it in real time but not let the user "rip" or steal the content? The audio format will be mp3 or wav but can be converted. Any ideas from people are helpful! I realize nothing is 100% fool proof but any protection is helpful.

I simply make m4u files to stream the music, if you want to stay safe you can put the mp3's in a protected directory but I have never bothered and very few people bother to download the mp3's even though I often got requests to release various things for download.
