    Hi,

I started wearing anti blue light glasses/computer glass few days ago, and now I can work longer hours and have much lesser eye strain. So, I would like to recommend you all to get one.

    Demonstration -

The local optical shop also shows me the demonstration, a laser blue light won't pass the special anti blue light lens.

I recommend getting them from a local shop as you could get fake lens when buying online, even the optical shop owner told me the ready made ones are usually fake ones, it have to be installed and made specifically which will take about an hour wait time, so get them locally. I bought it for $40 just the lens, and the goggles cost $5.

Had I know about this before, my eyes would be much better today, and I would have been able to work much longer hours.

Some people say they have some software that helps with their eyes, this is different, these glasses protects you from the blue light that you can't see, I don't know how these exactly work, but just wear it and protect your eyes.

    Stay healthy.

    Thanks.

Even from local optical stores are fine, but don't get the ready made cheap ones, they are fake.

Just to confirm, that is actually working well?
I always was thinking these glasses is a cheap trick to get money from people who are working on PC.

How about using Flux? I've been using it for years now. I work around 10-12 hours per day.

Even Windows now has a feature call Night Light. almost like Flux. I use it sometimes. But not when I play games though.

For example, yesterday I was using mobile for 30 mins, I started getting eye strain and headache, but when I was wearing the glass and use the computer for 3-4 hours, I have no problem at all, it works. See the demonstration video, the light doesn't pass through the lens.

I'm not sure where you can buy online, but if you can't buy offline, maybe look for abit expensive and from a reputatble store.

What's the use of this software, everyone can change the brightness of the screen manually anyway. And these glass blocks blue light, even after the the flux software changes the brightness, there are still blue light, we all use computer alot, so it's worth it to invest in this computer glass.

    Thanks

The software is not just to reduce the brightness. It adjusts a display's color temperature (reduces the blue light).

Is this really an effective tool? I've seen this with my local eyeglasses shop and got intrigued but haven't heard first hand experiences from it.
