I know it is meant for tracking PPC. Could you also set it up to track CPA sales coming from autoblogs, ppv, yahoo answers, and other traffic sources?

I never used it for anything but ppc but i am sure it can work for those as well.

I've often wondered this too. i was hoping to find a way to set it up to track everything from article marketing from actual keywords searched in google but it's complicated enough to use it for PPC, never mind all the other stuff.

Yes,you can use it for almost all tracking purposes.
