Pros and Cons of Buying FB ads account

I'm curious about buying FB accounts. What are the pros and cons?

pros:

you have audience for your product/website/promotions (making money)
you can get insights and opinions from real people
you can scale it

cons:

can be full of fake profiles
can be audience that is not interested in your content/product
it could be big investment

my advice:

go for it if you can trust your seller and price is fair but make sure that you have plan on how to monetize page and have their interest in mind

This is really hard to get the Best Account.

The Seller can Reset your account or account can be locked/blocked.
