Summary
For the review, @PropertyGrow provided me with top level service he offers in here.
Service Highlights
- Communication was exceptional; I bet his customer service is off the charts good..
- The content was very good and the properties looked decent.
- The links were placed early in the article to help out CTR.
- Things were delivered in a timely manner and a report that shared the sites was provided and was very clean.
What Could Use Improvement
There were some duplicate sites used but that is because Web 2.0s are finite and there are not an unlimited number of those that could be used. The OP did not use the same accounts on those sites but I'm not a huge fan of my links being on the same properties multiple times.
Additional Information
This is the second service I have reviewed for the OP and both experiences were very pleasant.

Just wanted to clarify regarding the duplicate web 2.0s. BTB got Premium Level 3 package with 32 Tier 1 web 2.0s and 256 Tier 2 web 2.0s.
All Tier 1 web 2.0s are coming from unique websites. Tier 2 web 2.0s come from a list of approximately 100 unique domains so some of them are duplicate domains. That being said, your website received links only from Tier 1 properties, so all the money site links are from unique domains.
Just wanted to clarify that, so the clients can have correct expectations.

I received a free packet to test this service.
I received 4 web 2.0s with 2 unique posts each for Tier 1 - Tumblr, Behance, Wordpress.com and all4webs.
Content here was decent quality, images etc all in line with the articles.
All 4 of these had the same username and password - not an issue.
There were 32 Tier 2 web 2.0s, some strong DAs included, ranging from 30 - 97, these were a nice mix of platforms with pretty good articles.
Links all in place, great communication - a great service indeed !
