    First question:

Is it best to buid a mininet on a free platform such as blogger or WP site?

    -or

Is it best to register a .INFO and build mini nets from there pointing back to you main money site. (avoids having to get class hosting)

    Second:

If the answer to number one is to register a cheap domain and get a class hosting. What is a trusted cheap hosting that will allow multiple IP's per domain?

I believe in doing everything doing it the best way possible, highest quality. This is best for the long run.

In my one niche I have about 110 domains. All .com .net .org and one or two .ca. 95%+ of them are exact match domains.
I just look for cheap hosting deals. Yes it gets expensive, but it's an investment. Say you pay $5/month for one site, you have ot ask yourself, is that site going to make me more than $5 per month? It sure better.

Each site has a minimum of three pages, some up to ten pages of unique, high quality content. I want high quality content because a) there's a better chance someone links to my site naturally and b) if google ever does get curious and a real person looks into my network, they will see it's a high quality site with a ton of information. I outsouce all the writing, I have a good writer and she just goes to town for me.

I have about 40-50 sites up in this niche so far.

In the end, it's an investment. If you don't have the money, you may want to look at web2.0 properties and a handful of real domains. The final goal is to not only send link juice to the money site, but send visitors as well. My worst site of the 40-50 that are up averages about 100 visitors a day, and my highest around 600. So I'm looking at around 5,000 visitors a day in traffic, plus link juice to my money site. I have not linked the sites to my money site yet.

Thanks for the reply but I'm not sure if I'm following you.

First you say you have, "In my one niche I have about 110 domains", then you say "I have about 40-50 sites up in this niche so far."

Then you last sentance you state, " So I'm looking at around 5,000 visitors a day in traffic, plus link juice to my money site. I have not linked the sites to my money site yet."

How do you get link juice from your mininets if you don't link to your money site?

Seems a little overkill, but I'm glad that method works for you. It seems that focusing on 5 mini sites with good SEO should do the trick.

Sorry, let me clear it up.
    1) I have purchased the domains but only 40-50 of them are up and running so far.
    2) They will provide link juice when I link to my money site.

It's not overkill if you think big :)
I am #7 for my keyword that gets 150k exact searches per month
#13 for second keyword that gets 40k searches per month
Hoping to get to top 3 atleast.
