Proof of sales for paying commssion

I am working with someone to sell my service by video marketing but he does not know how he can trust me to give him the compensation of commission per sale as promised. This is completely understandable on his part as we have never done business together. I imagine this must be a common problem... how do you instill trust in a deal like this and prove your sales (or lack thereof)?

Use a sales platform that has affiliate system integrated like clickbank or so as it acts like a middleman that has trust so you both guarantee getting paid.

Hmm well my service is a marketing service. So obviously clickbank wont work. And my sales are through my firm. Do you have any other platforms that might work? Maybe drive the communications through some sort of platform that my video marketer can view and see how the conversation is going but cannot participate in that way he knows if a sale was closed or not. Not sure... this is an entirely new area for me

try setting up on hasoffers platform

Have him setup an affiliate script on his server that you don't have admin access to and integrate it with your site.

He uses the affiliate link to drive traffic to your site. Since he has control over the affiliate script, he knows that all sales (or lack thereof) are truthful and since you have control over seeing who has actually paid, you know that he can't forge sales stats within the backend of the script.
