Promotional Short not allowed? "This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam"

Channel got deleted after I posted a Short that looks like a Tiktok ad: It had a "%price OFF" and "a link in the description" text boxes in it.

So is having CTAs on a video not allowed if I understand? And can I appeal this ban? What should I say in the appeal comment box?

Only one video you had on the channel? Do you have lot of competition in the niche? They might have reported.

Channel was unkown, I had one video with 700 views before, and just uploaded the short today when I woke up today to find the channel banned.

I think Youtube didn't like the "% price off" CTA and it's not allowed to do that.
