I know where to promote my site if I it is a regular one (social bookmarking sites, articles, whatever...) but I have made a site which contains 18+ content and I have trouble getting traffic to it. What are your recommendations? What you do in such situations?

There are adult social bookmarking sites, as well. And quite many of them.
    Also adult directories.

as a fellow porn site webmaster I have this problem from time to time too....

submit your site anyway even if they have a "no adult content" rule. You'd be surprised how many sites don't have the manpower to enforce all the rules. the worst that happens is that you dont get your content through or its takin down.....

plus when your content goes through you'd be even more surprised on how many hits you get because you ignored there rules, chanced it, and got through....now your one of the few that has content EVERYONE likes (even if they dont admit it) on a site where it shouldnt be ;)

I use my mass submitter by creating a network of pages with the "Must Have Blackhat Tools" over at ************** - and I mostly automate things and "ignore" as everyone above confirmed. mass automation tools are the key, not "hand building and networking" as it takes way too much time and if you are taken down all that manual work is out of the window!

you should not use xtube.com as they fucked us adult webmaster over - its too long of a story to tell now, but you will find many postings, when xtube.com was founded they allowed adult webmaster to upload content and attach their affiliate links in order to help them build traffic and get xtube customer sign ups, in the end they got rid of all the webmasters, replacing all their links and booting them in a beyond belief manner that send quite shockwaves of anger about the abusive methods that are often associated with the adult internet industry!

Just post it anywhere and everywhere....... What is the worst that can happen? I site removes your content! That is always a risk of posting anything on anysite.

Just try keeping a list of sites that delete your content, and dont post to them again.
