new site is almost fully developed and want to promote it via email spamming.. mostly in the USA

i would like to get up to 10,000,000+ emails sent monthly and would like to have my www/domain in these emails, without using a URL shortner... if possible

if i find a 3rd party mailer in another country to send them out, will i still be liable?

what are the chances of having can-spam issues?

will / can my website be shut down because of having it in so many spam emails?

the emails will NOT be opt-in, they will only be emailed 1x

i have also read that i could have my emails land in the spambox because of sending too many emails of the same exact thing, can they go into my sent emails and have them spam for having the same content over and over again?

and should I INC or LLC this? - it is greyhat/borderline black hat

    -Emailing sucks these days..
-Creating emails like, u must ask ur domain registrar.
-All your spam will go to "Junk" for sure.
-and Maybe google/CPAs/ or whatever in ur site will BAN you.

    CAN-spam issues with 10 mill. = I'd troll if I didn't LOL
Your messages going through to Hotmail, Yahoo & Gmail = First 10k, then they block the rest when the header and everything else looks the same - Yahoo has a funny thing about "hard blocking" people even if they're legit double-optins
Your site won't get much popularity from being spammed. Really. Fact is that people know where to report shit nowadays and it's not that hard with mozilla (Help => Report Web Forgery) -- you get enough of those and mozilla will just shitlist you.

What's good for marketing nowadays... Try social media :)
