i want to promote a party on facebook

how can i add over 5,000 friends?

do i need multiple accounts with 5,000 friends or can i just setup a fanpage and invite the fans from the fanpages

i need to know this

AFAIK, Facebook removed the feature that allowed users to invite all friends to an event, or to a page.
