    hello all.
i'm about to launch a new auction website, Israeli targeted, which is just like ebay for in hebrew and for israeli traders inside the country.
    the url btw is http://trades.co.il.
i want to promote several keywords that related to ebay undirectly.

its the english keyword "ebay israel", and 2 hebrew keywords which means "ebay israel" and "ebay in hebrew".
those keyword are very strong one's to my website, and people who search this terns don't look for ebay, they look for hebrew platform of the website just like i'm offering.
i as well mentioning on my website and everywhere that Trades is unrelated to ebay whatsoever, and just writing on articles somethings like "looks like ebay in hebrew' or so, not presenting trades as actual ebay israel or ebay in hebrew.
i want to know if legaly i don't have a problem promoting those keywords as they have low competition and i can rank very high there.
i would be glad to here your opinions and if you know any similar cases from past, thanks!

Everything I've seen on this is kind of a mixed bag.

I think as long as you don't use ebay (the trademark) in the domain name you will be just fine.
