Promote same page, dif ip, dif hosting, dif day ?

Hi good evening to all,

Just want to know if you promote

1- same pages never change
2- post in a free hosting
3- use an ip

and change each day (only free hosting and ip) does it work?
I know can get duplicat content but pinging pages are in differents ip hosting does it work ? (like if it is only for a few days if i get clients do not see for a long time)
