Programs that pay instantly?

Hi Guys,

I am interested in promoting affiliate programs via social sites. Do you know of any that pay instantly via Gaypal? Need some quick cash and don't wanna wait to get paid.

umm cashlagoon.com pays out in 24 hours. I used them back in the day. They also have an affiliate program which you might like to check out. And they actually do payout in 24 hours (if converts right away, see site 4 details) ... Usually 12 hours though from payment request. If your desperate for a few bucks this is a great site.
