Well, I dont feel like typing up a lengthy post right now so I'll just post an example.

Pretty obvious. Hopefully this will get a few ideas going for someone.
 
lol yeah, i have went with a few mistypes, and posted something like a redirect in the group page, or tiny url, and had it like that, but, that was on myspace back in the day lol

Many years ago that would work but not on ebay anymore.

I had a few misspelings a while ago, made peanuts. I guess it all depends on the typo and how you monetize it.
BTW, if that's you're domain...good job.
 
I have a misspelled domain, making me $200+ a month :P
