I read somewhere that a bot app was selling at $ 100, and only will be sold 200 copies.

Making numbers, that is 20k.

Suppose I code a bot, a Yahoo answers poster for example, and suppose again that the bot is good, don't have errors and the support is good enough. With a price of $ 50, could I expect 10k?

200 items sold is an exception or a rule in the BH world? A max or a minimum?

people limit their number of sales so that the technique doesn't get saturated. Good software speaks for itself, so if you write a great bot you will be able to sell it.

Most of the ones that sell that many copies have a good method involved. For Example, "The Secret Submit" or "Cookie Stuffing" are pretty much what you would call a business-in-a-box.

Alot of people can push traffic and alot of people are creative but they can not code. If you put your mind to it and come up with a method for people to make money then code a way to automate it. You should sell LOTS of copies.

Not that bot if that is what you were thinking of making. Remember, the bot must be useful, must be of high demand to sell all copies and must be a decent price for what it does.

if its what you're asking then i guess its your first bot

so don't expect 10K.

but make more and maybe even code some real software

then the say is the limit( ... So they say...)
:)

Thanks for all the answers.

I will work hard in the bot, and then I will post here

PS: @razohad: Yes, is my first bot (at least the first bot I want to make public), but I had a 9-5 coder job for 5 years, and a University title, I'm pretty sure I'm a good programmer ;)

I never said that you are a bad programmer ,
and if that is what you got from my post then I'm sorry man
that was not my intention.

Just an idea, but I know someone that made his first bot free, he found the gotchas and loopholes, from people using it unexpected ways, and gained kudos from doing so.

He then sold his products from then on.
