Yes, we do accept all kind of task. If it's not something we're familiar at, you can train us first for some time,
or provide screencast video / walkthrough document so we could learn about it.

2. I need you to standby 8 hours daily for incoming message and reply soon asap - do I need to pay full 8 hours?
Fair & transparent pricing is our motto. So in any way you need us to standby - wether it is customer service task, flash sale, etc -
compensate only fair % amount depending how crowded the incoming message / request.

5. Do you provide report?
Basically no. But you can request one at no cost before project started.

6. Do you provide any personal / executive assistance service?
Yes we do have 2 professional PA available in managing top-level task of your clients schedule, meeting, incoming call, etc verbally.
For just $9.5/hour

7. How could I know if I am not overcharged?
Even if its hourly basis, all agreement are agreed beforehand. You provide your task, we will quote ours
(amount of hours needed, start time, end time)

8. Are you available for 24 hours?
Unfortunately not for now. Our office and staffs are available in 8AM - 5PM (GMT+7). Any order request outside this
hours will have start time during our working hours. But some of our staffs confirm their availability to work outside of the working hours (not always, but frequent) for additional
$1 per hour. Contact us first to see if one is available to work on your time.

9. Do you have any service limitations?
Yes. We do not accept adult, gambling and illegal task

1. All contracts upon agreed purchase are FINAL. And can only be revised at maximum 2 hours before start time.
2. Refunds are available if the results is NOT succesfully accomplished as promised at the end of time.
Say, purchasing 4 hours graphic's VA for 16 Instagram feeds, but received only 12. We will then refund the rest.

Service Information

• I sent the seller a sketch and asked their VAs to make a logo out of it. I quite liked their interpretation of the sketch and the logo design was very well-made.
• I asked for a general money making niche article from the seller's VAs. The article passed my Copyscape check and seemed decently written.
• The seller mentioned their job board crashing during the review due to a VA's error in picking the job without moving his pin in the job board.
• The final project I gave their VAs was to make quote-style IG content using an image template I provided. The quotes they made were what I was expecting, although I got a mixed bag of fonts and quote styles.

• Due to time constraints and since this is just a VA service, I did not have time to test the coding part of this sales thread.
