Unfortunately still the same. 3 of the 10 keywords found from TOP100 and every of those 3 KW's are wrong page ranking for that keyword.

1 Not in top 100
2 Not in top 100
3 Not in top 100
4 89
5 Not in top 100
6 Not in top 100
7 39
8 Not in top 100
9 82
10 Not in top 100

Hopefully will see it bounce back soon.

It is pretty normal for Google to rank different pages for the keywords that you are not targeting with us. We see this all the time when you first start the campaign with us. We can not control how and what Google finds most relevant. I can assure you we are targeting the correct pages.

As far as the drop, you ordered on the 7th of February. We did not process the order until the 9th. We spend the first 5 days creating accounts and prepping the campaign. So there is no way our linking service could cause this drop. Sounds like you got nailed with a recent Panda update or penalty. This is something we need to take a look at. I have had a few clients who have experienced this.

Also, I have seen you talking about your sites getting hit with Panda on other threads. Please hit me up so we can discuss strategies to prevent this in the future.

I'm now ranking high in Bing as well, 3 are high in Yahoo. I was never ranked with this site in these two SE's before. Google positions have maintained very nicely. Needless to say my subscription will just continue today after this first month :)

About a month into this service my site got hit by the latest Panda update and has lost almost all rankings. So because I'm sure that this service hasn't been active long enough to cause any major rank-changes I'm going to stick around for a few more months and see if this service can pull me out of it.
Make me proud guys.

Yeah, just meant to post an update, not doubting you are targeting wrong pages.

Not even single of my sites have been hit by latest panda (and I dont believe this site is either), so Im not sure what thread you are talking about. I only received a message for few of my sites at WMT, but my rankings are still same, actually a bit better. But well, if what you say is true (and I have no reason to believe otherwise) ranking drop is very weird since all I have done to this site before signing up was few manual high pr blog comments + background SEO - same strategy I have used for other sites without a problem. Content on the site is 100% unique.

Ill see if you are at skype so we could discuss this a bit.

edit. Just for everyone to know, John has offered to do next month for free because of this situation which I think is more than fair. We both agree that its not initially caused by this service, but it still might be dancing this much because of it. Site is brand new so dancing was expected.

Awesome man! Glad to see you are doing well.

Sorry to hear about this. Since Mid January Google has been refreshing their algorithm a lot, so many many people are reporting loss of rankings due to Panda. There is still a lot of speculation as to why this is happening, but from my research and reading on a lot of different boards and SEO authorities, there are a lot of theories as to why it is happening to websites. Below are some of the common theories I am seeing as well as some commonalities of websites I have taken a look at.

1) Over optimization - this is not Google circa 2009-10. Back in the day you could blast your site with massive amounts of links and if your on page was good, and you used your anchor text correctly you could ranking fairly quickly, even for highly competitive keywords. It is not like this anymore. Google is getting a lot better at sniffing out unnatural link building.

2) Anchor text diversity - seems as though Google is scrutinizing excessive anchor text. So try to variate your anchor text throughout the site using your brand, domain and generic keywords. This is why we recommend getting the 25 keyword package, but we also understand this is out of the reach for most financially.

3) Bad on page optimization - if your on page is all jacked up, it helps nothing. Make sure you build your site like it is your baby. Build it for the end user not Google.

4) Private Blog networks/Paid Links - lots of rumors flying around about private blog networks widely used by many here at BHW as well as other big boards, are getting nailed. Be really careful at using networks and paid links.

Like I said, we have seen some people get hit with Panda, but it is a very small percentage of our overall portfolio. Most times it is pretty easy to point out why they got hit. We also have 35 websites we use and test our methods on in a wide variety of niches and none have ever been hit with a Panda update since their inception. No one is invulnerable to Google though, so I understand that it could happen.

Glad we worked it out:)

Signed up today... excited to see what results it brings.

Look forward to working with you!

I am now a month in this service and I do see some serp increase though not spectacular and not sure what caused it as I do a lot more seo on this site aside from this service. I will wait and see. A few KWs have actually disappeared from the first page but I hope this is just temporary dance while other KWs have increased a few spots - so mixed results. If you ask me - I think it is too early to make a clear judgement good/bad.

I will keep the service for a second month, but if no magic is going to happen in the second month I dont know if this service is a winner.

Well if you are expecting magic you might want to cancel the service. We are not a magic service. Again guys please remember, not every site is going to show huge gains after 1 month. This is a marathon not a race. This is why I offer a 90 day money back guarantee, because this is when sites generally start to see good gains.

Already made an order 12 hours ago. Hope to see positive results for my serps later on :D

OK, I have been getting a lot of inquiries about the latest Panda updates. I have seen a small percentage of my clients get hit, so I felt it was important to write a best practices article here in my thread.

The latest Panda updates started somewhere in mid January and have been updated frequently ever since. I am pretty sure they will be adjusting and refreshing the algo all year long. Don't be surprised if this will be commonplace for Google every single year. So if you want to stick around long term, I think it is important to understand what Google wants. As confusing and frustrating as they are, they still own a huge share of the search market, and until that changes, this is the world we live in. Adapt or go back to working that shitty job:)

After analyzing and researching quite a bit for the last month, here are some commonalities I am seeing with websites that are getting hit with the dreaded Panda updates.

SEO Networks and Paid Links

Google is really coming down hard on blog networks. If you are buying links from these types of networks, don't be surprised if you get a love letter from Google or lose rankings. Almost every site that I have seen loose rankings, have backlinks from these types of networks or sites.

Here is an example of some sites I am talking about:

krispatearcentre.com
corowaaccommodation.net
obemailsender.com
Go to Google and search those domains. Can't find them right? Well guess what. If you have a link on that site, once Google deindexes it, you lose all value from that link. So if it was a previously trusted high PR link with your main keyword anchored on there, you will probably lose rank. I am also not so sure Google passes some negative value over to your site.

Also, if you have links pointing to your website from blogs that have completely irrelevant content and are used for the sole purpose of gaming Google's algo, don't be surprised if you see lose in your rankings.

For example:

The simple, classic Boiled Egg, is indeed one of the finest and easiest edible delights known on earth, with just 70 calories, and full of nature's most perfect form of protein. Dog Training Tricks work best.

While there are many ways of preparing Boiled Eggs, we suggest below the directions for making eggs which are the easiest to peel and which will not have the dark green discolored coating on the yolk (see step 2 for tips to help avoid the green discoloration).

If Google manually reviews this site, guess what? Bye bye. Do you really want to have links on sites like this? Not saying you can't get away with it, but why even have to worry about it.

Anchor Text Diversity

Google seems to be scrutinizing websites that have unnatural looking anchor text portfolios. If you are building heavily for one or two terms, don't be surprised if you get wacked on those terms.

Here is an example of an unnatural looking anchor text profile:

Dog training - 258
Dog training Fences - 1
Dog training with big balls - 3
train your dog well - 1
How to train a dog - 2
Train your Dog - 158
Yourwebsite.com - 9
Doggy hammers - 2
Dog poopy - 1
Poopy the dog - 17

Guess what keywords lose the most rankings?

Just be conscious of your anchor text diversity. Do some linking with generic keywords, brand keywords, and your website as the anchor.

On Page Optimization

I am not going to get real in depth about best practices for your on page. But I do want to point out some things that I commonly see on sites that get hit.

Some Common things I see on Pandalized websites:

- Using basic themes or the same theme as many others
- Content is written for the search engines and not the end user
- Keyword saturation is excessive. You don't have to repeat the main keyword over and over. Once or twice is fine.

- Content is further down the page or well below the fold
- Too many adsense or affiliate links above the fold
- Site speed is slllloooooooooowwww.

Now, I am sure there are other factors that play into these refreshes, but these are the ones that stick out most to me. The key here is to give Google what they want. Build a high quality website with diverse link and anchor text portfolios and you will be fine.

Was nice chatting with you on Skype. Petty we have conflict of interests ;)

Nice chatting with you also:)

**Just an update on the rankings system and our policies.

1) All new clients will be getting rank reports weekly from our new system. All old clients will stay on the old system, which will be updated 1-2 times per month. If you need a real time report feel free to hit me up on Skype or via email and I will run a real time report for you.

2) Please read our FAQ on the sales page. We have changed our policies. Due to recent changes with Google algorithm, it is impossible for us to offer a 90 day money back guarantee. There are just way to many factors that our out of our control. I am a pretty reasonable guy, so if you don't see significant movement by 3 months, we will work something out. Usually if you don't see movement by 90 days, you either have a penalty or your on page optimization is not good. We will soon be offering an on page service for suggestions on changes to your website.
