I have to work almost 15 hours daily and now my wrist pain and also my laptop get hot, which products are you using to keep your laptop and your health good? please suggest me.

Instead of products, you can follow these things:

1.Take 10-15 mins break whenever you feel like.
2.Swtich off your laptop in between to let it cool down.

Idk if this would help you but these are my two cents.

If your wrists are paining then i suggest you to buy an external keyboard and if you don't have an laptop table then get one which have cooler under it.

How old is your laptop? Dust can build up around the fan, which reduces the cooling capabilities. Disassemble your machine and clean it or get compressed air and use it on the fan from the outside.

Also, remove everything from your HDD, what you don't need. Check the running processes and kill everything, which isn't necessary to run. Those will use the processor and your HDD unnecessarily, which obviously leads to higher temperatures.
Defragment your HDD.

1 year, thanks.

this. If you are forced to use a craptop you should have an external keyboard and mouse minimum. Get a monitor and turn it into a desktop, add a strong cooling pad under it. Never put it on your lap and make sure your wrists are at a comfortable level with the keyboard. Fucked wrists are just a side effect of using a computer most of your life tho, its sucks.

used to ask about Computers stuff,
mention who " always on their computer 24/7 365 days " never switch off
in fact a lot bros claim they do like this

Can get a cooling pad for your lappy OP, $20 for a pretty good one, they help with overheating a bit, not completely though.

For your wrist pains, look at how you're using your computer.. are you sitting way lower than it or something so your arms have to hang off the table. I sit on a bar stool for 14 hours a day looking downwards with my laptop about where my belly button is and have never had physical pain in hands or anywhere. Look at your posture and seating like others said.

huh? if so those computers at work place, servers?
No, just regular desktops. Laptops tend to degrade if they are on all the time because of heat. everything is so pact in. They are meant to be portable and not on 24/7, altho you could do it.

This clear my doubt , because come Desktop should be ok always on even 24/7 365 days
Mostly if so call turn off , people just put to sleep mode but it still running but is not at full rate.

Laptop yes you got the point but again some bros here claim they always on their Laptop for years still ok
maybe have to depend which brand

your laptop is not capable for your work, upgrade it or just give it got service, dust around fan can be removed.

Use an external keyboard to avoid heat exposure from touch panel.
