Product Reviews - Marketplace

I think it would be great if there were a system that designated a specific space for product/service reviews in the marketplace. I try to search the thread using the search function for "reviews", however, 90% of the results returned are people asking for review copies.

Perhaps this feature could be displayed above the thread, and each review can be commented on. That way if there is an issue everyone can see and participate in the discussion surrounding it.

Usually, you will find the reviews in the first few pages of every post. I don't understand why would you search for "review" instead for the service you actually look for.

I think he is asking to have a dedicated section for product reviews where there will be ONLY genuine customers feedbacks will be displayed, and nothing else. However such reviews can be found in the posts in the BSTs too. You just need to scan through the pagination and search manually.

I just don't understand the need for that.
If a BST gets tons of reviews, why not include them in the thread?
It sounds like an abusable feature that won't even do what it was intended to.

We're looking into something to make reviews easier to find for marketplace 2.0.
