Just wondering, I run an ecommerce site, but I'm wanting to take it to the next level with more information and features.

My question is can I copy and paste reviews from the original manufacturers website and use it on my own site? I'll link back to the original source, it's just so my customers have more information to see and to show we know our stuff sort of speak.

I can even change the review if I really have to, but I have around 1500+ to do atleast...

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks

Of course you can but don't expect your pages to rank. Google awards the 'authority' site with the best rankings - and that's usually where the original content appears first. So, better to re-write them rather than just copy/paste though it wont actively hurt you.

Yeah I agree with you there, I think I'll just re-write the very popular ones and maybe copy and paste the least popular ones see how that goes.

    Thanks for you reply! :)
