Summary of Dispute:

I bought an eBay account from @barmaley93 which as he said comes with PayPal and eBay's managed payments, the account came just with an AMEX VBA and not managed payments, the account was suspended and I was told to wait for more than 48hrs, then he offered a %50 off of a new account, after going back and forth with him and asking for a refund he kept insisting that I need to keep working on eBay for "my success" and that he'll provide a replacement account, I told him politely to not convince me as I just want my money back so I can move on

He offered me an aged account at first instead of a brand new one in exchange for a good detailed review

First off when I asked why MP doesn't work he said "we're on it" and that eBay's managed payments was working just fine before he delivered the account, I said it wasn't and provided proof of that "Identity verification problem", he said you need to call eBay, it's a bug on their end and that he provided the managed payments which he said it's "AMEX" (just a VBA and he says that's the managed payments), then he said the problem is the proxy I used and I have to keep testing the proxy until I find a good one (that wasn't mentioned in the guide) also he was the one who sent me the website to buy from via referral link and he said it's my fault

The account was banned and he said it's because of me listing 3 items (less than $30) in a short period of time and not sticking to ($10-$15 items) because I didn't follow the guide which says wait before listing your first product and go slowly, in the guide he says the aged accounts are strong, and there was already a first listing worth $40 (so he clearly didn't follow his own guide and the price wasn't the issue)

One of the items was an unbranded LED Lamp (electronics) which he said caused the issue but that doesn't make sense since the account was suspended and didn't get an MC999


Since there was a 30 day guarantee after the account suspension I reached out to him on Saturday, he said wait until Monday, eBay didn't reinstate the account so he said to wait 18 hrs, then he said he was going to offer me %50 off a new account and he said "currently I don't have any free accounts to replace but I will keep you in mind"

After going back and forth with him for hours he said I didn't follow the guide and the IP (from the referral link he provided) had part in the suspension, he said that I need to keep buying proxies from the website and checking them over and over again and if the IP is bad I submit god knows how many tickets to get a refund and buy again

He said he can't refund because he already spent the money on a $50 call to solve my issue which wasn't solved and that he spend the rest of the amount on "my success" and a replacement account which I didn't even ask for in the first place since I asked for a refund

What you hope to gain from this shit list: I would like to get a full refund ($200)

it looks like you forgot to mention that this item was expensive LED LAMP as well.

the customer is having some electricity issues and doesn't respond on skype/tgrm.

#1 - you do not have the best service around as that is not quantifiable and if you did there would not be a shitlist thread here.
#2 - stick to the actual facts on hand and do not sell in a shitlist thread, especially where you are the accused.
#3 - once the accused confirms they are satisfied we can move forward.
