Hello everyone, I am thinking about starting a dropshipping e-store, I have found a lucrative niche and some suppliers.
My main concern is problems such as the product not showing up or the buyer not being happy with the purchase.
How do you guys handle such events?

If the product is broken by the time the buyer recieves it, what should I do?
