Processing high risk subscription payments

Recently started a subscription-based service that starts after a 7-day trial. We are having some issues with getting people to bill after the trial. Does anyone have feedback on when is the best time to bill? Or any feedback at all? I am wondering if there is a formula for day of the week/time of the day. Any and all help is appreciated.

I understand that you are looking for a subscription supported billing system? Have you looked at CRM systems?

7 days is pretty standard, I don't see a problem with this timeframe

Most likely it's all about the quality of your product. Since customers don't rebill, they are probably unhappy with the product and unsubscribe.
