Go to Cpanel, look for the option for the SSL certificate, look for how you want your domain to appear, ( www.yourdomain.com & yourdomain.com) and give it to include during AutoSSL (or something like that), then you give Run AutoSSL and that will solve the problem .

does your plugin configuration look like this?
P.S. - your ssl is self signed so it'll display warnings in browsers. You should install FreeSSL plugin for a ssl certificate.

I've installed SSL Zen, but here's what I got "Uh-oh! Our plugin is incompatible with your website hosting provider."
Do you know any other alternatives?

Why don’t you use cloudflare ssl or ask your host to set it up, and try clearing cache and see if it works

I usually use vps and linux have certbot that makes obtaining a SSL very easy.
Use cloudflare for ssl... or contact your hosting support - they should setup it for you.
