Problems with Google maps, Please Help

Hi there, we have a legal cannabis dispensary in Barcelona but our google maps listing keeps getting suspended. There is a fake cannabis club using our name that have their listing always running, and despite doing every possible thing to take them down, their listing just keeps showing up while ours (the real one) keeps getting suspended.
Their listing is filled with spammy touristical photos to attract unexpecting tourists and sell them drugs. We have sent business readressal forms and every single kind of report available online and yet we are able to do nothing.
Can anyone please help in how to get their listing down permanently or at least prove to Google that we are the real one and they are the fake?

Hi, thx for your answer! We have contacted GMB customer service so many times already, and for the few times an actual human gets in contact with us, they never help. we have sent them trademarks for our brand, we have sent them police reports for the fake club and they still didnt do anything.
