Hey, guys. I really need any advice or help I can get. I've been all over the internet, trying to find the solution, but have found nothing. Maybe you can help.

I once had a Twitter premium on my account (it's a corporate account, it doesn't matter). Once it was over, we tried to py once again. The payment went through, but the premium features were not unlocked. We contacted the support, and they said that the problem was with the bank and there was nothing they could do. The money was not sent back, but we still tried to pay once again. All our payments were blocked and rejected. After a month of constant nagging, the supporter answered " the payment was blocked due to a breach of X Rules or Purchaser Terms of Service".

Has anyone ever experienced anything like that? What's the possible breach of the rules that could happen? I desperately need to understand what's going on and how to fix this.

Consider using VCCs like Revolut or any of the ones you know/ prefer. Just said Revolut because it's the one I use the most but feel free to explore your options with that.

I had a similar issue with Twitter premium payments being blocked and support citing a 'breach of rules.' It turned out to be a flag on the account due to multiple payment attempts. I suggest reviewing the terms of service and checking with your bank for any flags. Escalating the issue with Twitter support and using a different payment method eventually worked for me.

You can try making payments thorugh google playstore or apple appstore. This is little expensive, but easier and safer method
