Hello! I've been using Facebook ads for quite some time... Since last weekend there is an issue with 1 of my sites and I cannot find the reason. It's an online shop with very few items, based on wordpress and using the Bazar theme/template. What is the issue (lets compare 2 same days of the week): last Saturday (for example) I had over 1500 clicks for a specific ad (it targets website clicks), nearly 4000 impressions and 25 sold items per day... The ad targets Bulgarian Females between 18 and 35 yo... Desktop newsfeed only. This Saturday with the same budget = not more than 200 - 250 clicks, not more than 600-700 impressions and not more than 6-7 sales. And when you compare the other days - it is the same. I know that statistics and website clicks on FB ads might change, depending on the market, but not that dramatically, I mean I'm getting at least 4 times less sales and everything else now... My question is: what could possible be the reason for this bug/issue? What should I check? Can the problem be my site (the platform)? Or Facebook ads? Because it seems that the ad is getting viewer likes, comments and shares, but it also seems that there is a difference between the clicks that FB shows in the statistics and the actual visits of the site. A while ago I had the same issue with another website, but it was resolved. The probem was a pop up chat, that caused the ad not to open and again - I had clicks on the FB statistics, but no actual vistors, the site did not open to them. Some "hints": What has changeds since last week? - I have added a plugin to randomize the shop items in the catalogue. - I have enabled a content delivery network (CDN) - Sitelock - I have activated the wordpress super cache and some advanced settings in it: * Cache hits to this website for quick access. (Recommended) * Use PHP to serve cache files. (Recommended) * Compress pages so they?re served more quickly to visitors. (Recommended) * 304 Not Modified browser caching. Indicate when a page has not been modified since it was last requested. (Recommended) * Don?t cache pages for known users. (Recommended) * Don?t cache pages with GET parameters. (?x=y at the end of a url) * Cache rebuild. Serve a supercache file to anonymous users while a new file is being generated. (Recommended) * Mobile device support. There was also an auto update of the Woocommerce platform that caused some icons for discount to appear larger (in pixels), but from the support they gave me a code to ad in the custom code to fix it... Please, friends from all over the World - give me some tips and suggestions where the problem could be? This is eating 3/4 from my profit... Same ad, same budget, but 4 and up times less everything: sales, click, impressions and so on.... PS: There has to me some technical issue (the platform or this pecific ad campaign, because I have another site (online shop) that is working well, but with different template and it's stats are all the same - no dramatical change.
