Problem with description for my products

I asked a copywriter here, to write description for 6 bags, he made the description and he made 3 sub-headers inside the text (for all descriptions) and these headers same on all descriptions (i am talking about copy past), he say it is not duplicate content, but i asked him to make the sub-headers unique for each description.

My question if there are 3 copy past headers in all 6 description, can it be counted by google as duplicate content and i can have problem to rank these pages.

I don't think you'll have a huge issue ranking. You certainly won't be penalised. However, you aren't going to be getting any special ranking bonuses. He didn't do you any favours when he copy pasted the descriptions.

The descriptions he did not copy past, only the 3 sub-headers in all the description where the same.

As far I know it won't create a major problem for your site. You can ask him to make slide change on those headers. No need to be panic.

He did changed it (only after he gave me this huge email about how i am wrong), but he say it is not count as duplicate content, so i wanted to check if it is true.
