Can anyone shed any light on what I can do, I have found a competitor has created a fan page and put a pre-launch image from our site onto their fan page without permission, then they negative feedback. I have contacted them and asked them to remove it however they have now posted another negative review about my company from 3 years ago from a scammer!

    What can I do?

What the OP writes showcases all that is wrong with facebook...

facebook never was a reputable social networking platform just like all the others spreading BS around which highlights much of what is wrong with social networking platforms.

They get more and more abusive and disparaging as they spew out BS relentlessly...
