problem with adwords coupon

hello BH'TRS

I HAVE recently ordered a web hosting account and get a $25 adwords coupon ,but the problem i can not apply this coupon to my account because i heard that i must create a new account with new visa card ,and i do not have another one to create account!!
plz if there is any way to add this $25 to my account plz tell me

you may use wire transfer option to activate your adwords account.

AFAIK, adwords dont accept any VCC's anymore.
and the thread you specified, he didnt sell vcc for adwords.
I've talk to him and most all vcc seller in bhw.
If you know any VCC that work with adwords, please let me know.

Cause afaik adwords start to reject vcc 3 months ago.
