Problem joining amonetize

So yesterday I sent my request to become a member and today I received an email to fill up my information. I did that but now I dont know what to do. Am I suposed to receive another email to fill in more information ( the username, pass) ? Thanks

So I received the invitation email. Now Im struggling to understand this download manager xD somebody knows how I can make a file with this?
