[Problem] Can anyone tell me how can I solve this?

I have a really bad problem going on to my website. So recently I have imported a started site. And designed the home page and everything. I have set up the pages correctly. Whenever I visit my website with my device. it shows the designed home page with the menu and all every thing looks fine as it should be.
But when someone else open the website they see my old homepage and blog posts and old menus. I have tried to do a lot of things to fix this problem. But still couldn't. Now, I am here to seek help.
The first image is what I see. And the second image is what a responsive checker sees. Even google adsense is also seeing the old homepage. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you have a caching plugin installed, then try to clear your cache and check.

This shouldn't be a problem. But, if you have cloudflare on your site then go to cloudflare website and purge your website cache.

I did it but still the same.

I agree that this is either a plugin or cloudflare issue. You need to toy with them until you fix it

It is certainly a caching problem. As @ridersark and @tazarbm has said. I think you have done that now, because I can see your page updated page correctly.

Clear browser cache? I make websites for people from time to time and whenever they ask for a change I always tell them to clear their browser cache because otherwise they complain I haven't done anything.
