    My AM told me about someone who got in trouble with the FBI for pulling one of those tricks on people. He must've been doing high volume if he got noticed by the FBI...that or he just got unlucky and got reported or something :/.

    That shit isn't even blackhat. That's scam & fraud luring money out of people without giving a product in return

If the volume was big enough and it was easy to "trace" this person, yes it would be ok, although if the overseas cyber scammer is from any of the countries on the non-extradited list then the scammer is golden, but who the F would send 750 usd by mail to Russia or China? D'UH
