I'm interested in signing up for this, but need to make sure the IP I am given has not already been placed on spam block lists. Is there a way to guarantee this?
Since you claim not to ever disclose any personal info, is it okay to sign up with fake info and pay with a prepaid visa/mastercard?
Also, if I order a Linux VPS, does it include cPanel/DirectAdmin?
I agree, but what's the difference at this point.do yourself a favor and add currency translate on your site for u.s. dollars
You can easily convert EUROS to USD at xe.com. Sorry, we only offer services in Euros.do yourself a favor and add currency translate on your site for u.s. dollars

I don't get it. I ask 2 questions a day and a half ago and get no response. If I can't even get a timely response, on the thread you create to get sales, what kind of hoops will I have to jump through to get a response when I have a problem using your service? I'm not creating a ticket, or giving you my email, as I'm not even a customer of yours. Thread like this exist to answer questions and respond to feedback about your service.

Bought a 2 GB ram VPS in Romania, will post review in 1 month
You have got some problems with Your website. I cant buy Web Hosting
I may give a look to it, my current hosting plan is really bad.
Is your VPS OpenVZ?
IMO ignoring or following DMCA does not make any sense, because if google receive any such complaint it will remove that link from search result, it does not applies to those who wants to run private sites.
Actually it does make sense because DMCA is an American law applying to all websites hosted on the territory of the USA. Since Google is U.S. based they must comply with DMCA. It isn't a valid law in any other country but the USA, however certain data centers outside of the USA may choose to follow it.
