You can use HTTP proxies.

For everything http related HTTP proxies are good, and usually better than socks.
A good http proxy has performance advantages compared to a socks proxy which is a more raw and universal protocol.

For CL posting you'll just have to get a good private US proxy (like mine AND PVA's (like from tommysc here on bhw).
seo-proxies.com currently allows posting without PVA but that can change every day, so the general golden rule when posting with static IPs: you'll need to be prepared to use PVAs

justone: I need sock5 because a social network i'm using has somehow blocked http proxies in one of their features i need to use. http proxies aren't cutting it, so i need to find other options.
