Private proxies that are actually private

I've used a number of services lately that all say they're private proxies but they're all shared and it's infuriating because you don't know until after a while of using them - by then you've got legit accounts suspended because of what OTHER people are doing on the IP. So...Any site that sells private proxies that don't have horrible uptime and aren't shared with 10 other dudes?
