Hi, I'm trying to advertise on other people's pages where they post a link to my site rather than via facebook. (so approaching facebook page admins and paying them to do a post to a link)


Does anyone know how much that should cost and how that's calculated? Anyone have any experience with this?

You'll find a few services on Fiverr that do exactly that. But as the poster above mentioned, you might want to look into an ad campaign.

Why not use an ad campaign and target these pages?

Most page admin i know, hardly reply messages.

Just go for facebook advertisement, it is really cheap and gives decent number of visitors. Most FB pages admins do not check their messages and wont reply because they are running facebook pages just as a hobby.

If you want to advertise Its better to open ad campaign.
If you want to sell to people to advertise on your page its all depends of the niche how big is your page and the reach.

Good luck, first you have to get an actual reply, then not get scammed. If you get this far prices vary from page to page, usually they try to either charge a flat rate per post, or a certain amount per k visitors. You'll be disappointed on the rates they charge, because it will be almost as much as fb ads are, but with far less engagement because users aren't targeted. It took me a year, and hundreds maybe into the thousands of messaging fb pages to find a few legit page owners.

The reach could be 0.1% of 5-10% even for the same page. It's not a good idea to pay for post on pages.

Price depends on Page Quality.

Better use facebook ads to get highly targeted traffic.

How about fb group owners? Anyone tried this, had success and know what prices they charge? Would think you would get a better response from groups.
