After doing some research the following is probably the best way to protect your privacy and be anonymous afaik, if Im wrong please correct me.

Have one vpn running on your computer installed on a ramdisk that is in an offshore location and doesnt keep log as well as encrypted, run tor from the ramdisk in a sandbox also on the ramdisk, and then connect to a socks proxy within tor that is with another offshore provider that doesnt keep logs and is encrypted.

You could even go one step further if your PC has enough ram and install tor and sandbox in a virtual OS on a ramdisk, with the first vpn protecting your main OS. To make sure nothing gets leaked to the main computer.

As long as your not doing something that is a highly illegal and brings a ton of heat from LEO all over the world, than you have nothing to worry about with that setup.

I would never trust a cloud, I'd rather trust a private Dedi with several layers of encryption in an offshore country. Cloud services not only charge so much for what you can get but there is no true privacy guarantee and unsecure methods of paying. Most either accept paypal or credit cards. Whereas you can get a nice dedicated server in paying in either webmoney, bitcoins, cash or western union(anonymous to at least $150 when sending from the U.S.).
