    Please tell me your ticket id. I'm 100% sure someone from the support team replied to your ticket already. Our avege respose time during work hours is ~10 min. Our live support is available when they have free time. Our live support is in the EEST timezone.

    I finally found your ticket. Your ticket was automatically cancelled on 12th November and few minutes later you gave us 1 star rating for satisfaction and reply.

    I never received a email that it was answered/replied to, it probably landed in my spam folder.

    I did receive a email asking for a survey about the support ticket that I never knew was answered at the time. I didn't mean to offend anybody, I just didn't realize it was answered.

    I had to reset my password to get access to the support panel to even read that you had answered my ticket.

    Do you have a skype or some form of instant anything to talk to you/support about this? I didn't make myself clear enough in my support ticket I opened and I want the current unpaid invoice cleared out. It's for like $0.28. It's just something I wanted deleted from your system. :)

    Unfortunately we do not provide Skype support. In order to provide high quality support, we need to archive all communication between us and clients. This is why our support panel is the only supported support channel that we have.

    What you can do is just reply to that ticket that you want that invoice removed and someone from our billing team will take care of you.

    Do the prices only applied at the final checkout stage and are they recurring or one time? Im definitely interested so hope this is still around in the AM as it has been an extremely long day here.

    Well, our pricing plan is monthly. It would be impossible to provide SSD powered, unmetered hosting + a dedicated IP for life for only $3.10.

    Sorry, I meant are the discounted prices just for the first month or lifetime, so meaning I'd pay $2.48 for that IP for life on a monthly basis. But assume the prices are back up now so not really relevant anymore

    Yes, our regular price $3.10 per IP is back.

    But yes, when we have discounts then those discounts are for life. They will not increase next month or something. So when you buy an IP for $2.48 then you will pay it until the cancelation of the order.

    Hello Diplomat, I just have a small question buddy. Can I host more than one private blog on each IP, I think I cannot since I have heard about that unique A,B and C class thing... please leme know about ur opinion.

    Of course you can, but you need to make sure that you don't link to the same money site from one or more domains. Hosting 1 or more domains on 1 IP is reasonable only when you are building a larger, more general network, for multiple money sites.

    It depends becuase our IP stock is constantly changing, but we cover north america and Europe quite well.
    We do act to DMCA requests so we do not suggest hosting illegal stuff in our servers.

    After finding this offer here on BHW I decided to purchase for a testdrive.
    Setup of domains and ips is different from the normal routine compared to buying shared cpanel hosting. Transfering existing scripts and content requires a bit of mysql knowledge. And I needed to be patient here and there as some stuff takes time.
    Arriving at the bottomline Priority Prospect is a great solution for a network of WP blogs for my own purpose.
    For around 15 bucks I get 5 different data center locations with 2 blogs each .... and it is scalable. For the same price I would get a decent 1 IP reseller account with a good host. Great value here.

    One suggestion: Please, offer billing options for longer terms such as 6 months and 12 months and the possibility to consolidate all invoices into 1. I don't like to have 5 invoices every month. They are a nightmare for accounting as they produce a high workload due to currency conversions.
